Terms of Service

footballtrading.app (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an educational platform that provides video-based courses and a football trading simulator designed exclusively for learning and skill development purposes.

Our services include:

• Video Courses — Structured educational content teaching the theory and mechanics of sports exchange trading, including odds analysis, market dynamics, and bankroll management.
• Football Trading Simulator — A virtual practice environment that allows users to apply concepts learned in courses using simulated scenarios. No real money is wagered in the simulator.
• Knowledge Quizzes — Assessments to help users evaluate their understanding of course material and track their learning progress.
• Certificates — Digital certificates awarded upon successful completion of qualifying courses and assessments.

To use footballtrading.app, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws or regulations.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

When you create an account on our platform, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• One account per person — sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or share purchased content with unauthorized users.

footballtrading.app offers the following types of digital products:

One-Time Purchases

Video courses are sold as one-time purchases. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate, permanent access to the purchased course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

The Football Trading Simulator is available as a monthly subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Free Content

Certain introductory courses and limited simulator features may be available at no charge. We reserve the right to modify the availability of free content at any time.

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Final prices, including any local tax obligations, are calculated and displayed at checkout by our payment processor.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd(“Paddle”), which acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions.

This means:

• Paddle is the seller of record and handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and compliance on our behalf.
• Your payment information (credit card numbers, billing details) is processed directly by Paddle. We never store or have access to your full payment card details.
• Paddle supports a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
• For any billing inquiries, you may contact Paddle directly or reach out to our support team.

By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for video courses or simulator subscriptions once access has been provided.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact our support team at support@footballtrading.app and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, may have additional consumer protection policies that apply to your purchase. For more details, please refer to our full Refund Policy.

All content on footballtrading.app — including but not limited to video courses, quizzes, simulator software, text, graphics, logos, and certificates — is the intellectual property of footballtrading.app and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the purchased content for your own educational use. You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or share course content with others.
• Record, download, or capture video content through screen recording or any other means.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.
• Remove or alter any watermarks, copyright notices, or proprietary markings.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, footballtrading.app and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services.
• Any decisions or actions you take based on information obtained from our educational content.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any third-party conduct or content on the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia.

For users within the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU legislation.
